Cole Krauss

Cole joined Four Corners Property Company in May of 2025 with his main focus on property management. In addition to this, he also assists with new developments, leasing, and tenant relations. Prior to joining Four Corners, Cole spent nearly four years with Standridge Companies, where he primarily focused on property management, leasing, and development. Cole is an active member of The Real Estate Council.

Cole graduated with a B.S. from Texas Christian University, where he was a member of Kappa Sigma Fraternity. Cole lives in Dallas, and he enjoys playing golf and traveling with friends and family.
