Jay G. Holman

Jay G. Holman, a Dallas native, began his career in commercial real estate in January 1992, after graduating with a B.S. in real estate finance from the Culverhouse Business School, University of Alabama.

As a land broker from 1992-1997 with NewMarket-Grunnah/Cole(then becoming Henry S. Miller Commercial in 1997), Jay’s initial career focus was brokering “buy-sell” land transactions, within DFW suburban market growth corridors, for a select group of clients. Prior to forming his own investment company, Jay was associated with The Darrow Group-Dollar/Flowers Realty Partners from 1997-2002 at which time he maintained a model of acquisition and disposition – land and income producing property assets, for clients throughout North Texas.

In 2003, Jay formed Voyager Investments Inc. to acquire, develop, and dispose of unimproved and improved land assets primarily zoned for commercial/retail use. Within this vehicle and over his career, Jay has either been the general partner or a limited partner participant, broker, for land acquisitions and development along with subsequent retail developments, within the primary Texas markets, valued in excess of $1B.
